The magnetic buckle makes getting ready effortless, the harness sits comfortably and moves naturally with every step, while the front attachment offers extra no-pull support when you need it. Personalized name tags make it uniquely theirs.

If the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll exchange it free of charge. Every kit includes The Barkee Harness, The Barkee Lead, The Barkee Pouch, and two personalized Velcro name tags — all personalized and shipped from Connecticut with care.

We recommend spot cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold or lukewarm water using a mild detergent, then air drying flat or hanging away from direct heat or sunlight. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, soaking, or scrubbing, as this may affect printed details, stitching, or hardware over time.

After wet walks, wipe metal components dry and store all items in a cool, dry place to help preserve fit, finish, and performance.

Barkee harnesses are designed for walking, training and everyday use. They are not intended as a containment device during off-lead activity or in situations where excessive twisting, snagging or force may occur. For your dog's safety, we recommend removing the harness during vigorous off-lead play and avoiding situations where it could become caught on branches, fences or other obstacles.

Great customer service as the harness we ordered was on the snug size and we had to return and exchange for size up. Barkee made that straightforward and dispatched the larger size immediately and trusted us to send back the original.

Honestly what a fab harness, the magnetic clip is amazing,I don’t have dexterity issues but I am awaiting arrival of new rescue dog from abroad this weekend so wanted a harness that looked easy to put on .The harness has been modelled by my cockapoo who has designs on it so hoping it’s the correct size for new doggie will buy another also love that it’s so lightweight and not bulky in a way a fabulous product

Fantastic harness, the latch is so easy to latch & unlatch. Perfect for my elder mother to use. She used to battle with hard / click in ones., the front loop connection is an added bonus and very useful when training

Love quality of the harnesses and leads, easy to put on and take off. Only down side is the leads are to long and if you double them up they are two short. Tend to find my older dog gets caught up in the slack

Our Sprocker Spaniel required a new harness as my wife finds his current one difficult to put on and off him due to the buckles being awkward for arthritic hands to manage.
The magnetic buckle on the Barkee Harness is perfect and now Apollo has his harness on and off in seconds without my wife struggling.
The medium size fit was perfect - (20.1kg weight) - and does not hamper him running and jumping for his ball at all.
He accepted the harness readily and we've just completed his first walk with it on...as you can see, he's very pleased with it, as are we.
Should also note, the delivery from order to receipt was excellent- total of 4 days even over a Bank Holiday.

I own a mini dachshund and have a lot of trouble finding a comfortable harness , the Barkee product not only fits perfectly but is lightweight for my small dog , the magnetic buckle is a godsend for me as well , I will be ordering again so thankyou Barkee for ensuring dogs of all sizes are comfortable.

My 8 month cocker spaniel doesn’t pull anymore, I can’t quite believe the improvement it’s made. He looks super cute wearing it!

Finally after months and months of searching THIS is the perfect harness for my mini dachshund. It’s easy to put on him, light weight and looks great!

For reference to other dachshund owners my mini is 2yrs old and just under 7kg and the small size fits him perfectly.

I must admit I was unsure of the magnetic clip on the harness when purchasing and the price, but actually can’t believe how much easier it is to use and most importantly secure. Well worth the money. My 8 month old cocker spaniel hated putting her old harness on but this one slips over her head so much easier - no more bitting ! She is walking a lot better as well with the lead attached by her chest . I would definitely recommend .
